writeAUT

This year, with our theme "Imagine: the next human accomplishment“, participants are asked to look into the world of the future and imagine what it might hold for us.

Participation is simple: write an original text of no more than 1500 words in German that captures the vision of "the next human accomplishment" and impresses us with your creativity and linguistic skill.

In preparation for the creative writing process, interested people can register for one of our writing workshops, which will take place at the various participating universities.

As in previous years, the winning text will be selected by a panel of experts. The main prize is a trip to London worth £500. In addition, there will once again be a prize for the public's favourite, which will be determined by online voting, and many other prizes for all participants. All chosen texts will be printed in our writeAUT magazine.
